The terms that govern the use of Marsevo Global's website and services.
Marsevo Global provides overseas education consultancy services — counselling, university admission assistance, documentation support, visa guidance and travel/arrival support for MBBS and Masters programs abroad. Using this website or our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
University fees, seat availability, recognition status and visa rules are controlled by universities, governments and regulatory bodies, and can change. Figures marked with an asterisk (*) are indicative; the exact applicable figures are confirmed in writing at the time of your admission. We update information promptly but cannot be responsible for third-party changes.
Admission and visa outcomes depend on you providing accurate, genuine documents and meeting eligibility criteria (including NEET qualification where applicable). Submission of false information voids our service obligations and may have legal consequences.
Our service charges and university fee schedules are communicated in writing before any payment. University tuition is paid to the university as per its official notification. Receipts are provided for every payment made through us.
Refund eligibility for university fees follows each university's official refund policy. Our service-charge refund terms are stated in your enrolment agreement and depend on the stage of processing at the time of cancellation.
While we maintain a 98% visa success record, final admission and visa decisions rest solely with universities and government authorities. Our liability is limited to the service charges paid to us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
